Please make plans to join us for BNKJ’s monthly Lunch and Learn series on Tuesday, May 25 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. to discuss the realities of when and how to bridge the gap between paper and the digital world.

Paperless office and electronic filing initiatives require an initial investment of time, money and new office procedures.  The immediate and long term benefits are more efficient workflow, less expensive storage, better access to data through electronic searching and reduced environmental impact.  So when is the right time to undergo this culture change and how should you begin the process of implementing an electronic filing system? During this session we will share ideas, time tables, techniques, costs, success stories and receive an overview of how to streamline any office by converting information on paper to a digital format.  You will also get a better understanding of the process and costs as our special guests from Mosaic Corporation speak to BNKJ’s real world imaging installation already in process.
