The GSCPA/Georgia State Board of Accountancy
The firm was endorsed by its selection to be the auditors of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (the state association for CPAs) for six years.

Additionally, the firm was selected by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy to provide quality reviews for CPA firms throughout the state of Georgia.

The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)
PCAOB is a private-sector, non-profit corporation, created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair, and independent audit reports.  Accounting firms that are not registered with the Board are prohibited from preparing or issuing audit reports on U.S. public companies.
